ADB's Asia and the Pacific Resilience Hub (Hub4R) is a dynamic platform where experts can come together to tackle water and urban livability challenges. Developed by ADB's Water and Urban Development Sector Office, Hub4R connects diverse partners and clients from the region to spark collaboration and turn learning into action.

Hub4R shapes the resilience and innovation agenda across Asia and the Pacific by advancing new ideas, catalyzing action, and opening pathways for resilience. From digital platforms to emerging thematic areas, we help reimagine how resilience is understood, tested, and accelerated.

THOUGHT LEADERSHIP

Hub4R brings together evidence, research, and lived realities to inform how resilience is understood and navigated. Through flagship knowledge products such as the Asian Water Development Outlook and emerging areas of inquiry, we help surface trends, set priorities, and facilitate conversations that matter.

PARTNERSHIPS

Hub4R convenes governments, utilities, cities, youth, and partners to exchange knowledge, strengthen relationships, and co-create new pathways for action. Grounded in the belief that resilience is built through connection, we foster peer learning and collective action to help communities and institutions navigate resilience together.
